Hello.

I’m a UX researcher & strategist with over eight years of experience managing end-to-end user research. I apply rigorous methodologies that bring a deeper understanding of human complexity to the center of the design process, including user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability studies, surveys, and more. To help surface even deeper insights, I also develop and run innovation sessions and design workshops.

I believe that research should be done with care; care for our participants, stakeholders, and users. That means utilizing ethical research practices, building dialogue between researchers and stakeholders, and creating products and experiences that provide meaningful benefits.

I earned my Masters in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Before moving into the world of UX, I spent seven years as a global product marketing manager at Oxford University Press where I oversaw a 7-person, globally-distributed team responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our academic online product list.

When I’m not deep in user research you can find me running in the woods, tackling a DIY project on my 100+ year old house, or spending time with my family.
